Her Royal Highness, the Empress of China issued the following decree on this 12th day of February, in the Western year numbered 2007:I, your REGAL and UNDISPUTED Empress, do this day declare that the meal prepared for me, and presented to me, by my loyal servant Hoppy Toad, is totally and completely FABULOUS!! Hoppy Toad has outdone himself in the preparation of my royal dinner, consisting of homemade chili a la Emeril, and oven-baked french fries, also a la Emeril. The fries were terrific, and the chili was simply STUPENDOUS!! My only issue, and not one deserving punishment, was that Hoppy Toad prepared a mere 4 servings for me. I will of course expect better of him on this issue of number of servings, with the next meal. None-the-less, I hereby decree, with the success of this meal, that Hoppy Toad may live on, in my presence, for another day.
